CI: Continuous Improvement

CI inefficiencies can often lead to slow dev turnaround time and costly bills. In this talk, I discuss the state of our CI in early 2024, some strategies SimplePractice explored and implemented with the help of Semaphore team’s guidance, and our future plans. I also provide some metrics to show the impact of our changes. I make sure to stress that improving CI is a continuous and ongoing process for our organization and balancing when to optimize.
